the carpets were an old smell, just like a rotten potato. coffee was undrinkable, defnitley the worst i’ve had in any hotel. such poor conditions, i expected at least a complimentary bottle of water or a welcome gift, but i guess i'm just regular here. almost thought about giving this place a good review, but just couldn’t

The breakfast was good and plentiful, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes.
My room had a persistent smell of curry, which was quite off-putting during my stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The heated indoor pool was a hit, and we loved the nearby Danbury Mall for shopping. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Breakfast options were great, and the dining staff worked hard to keep things running smoothly. Will definitely come back for the atmosphere and comfort.
While everything was mostly great, we did experience a bit of a letdown with the room lighting. A bulb was out, and it took longer than expected to get it fixed, impacting our stay slightly. A quicker response would have made it perfect.

I stayed in a Queen Studio with Sofa Bed for 2 nights. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette, which was super handy for late-night snacks. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and could definitely use an upgrade. Noise from the upstairs could be heard sometimes, but overall, I appreciated the room's layout and amenities. The breakfast options were nice too, with gluten-free choices available.
